Grow Your Mind: 

Grow Your Mind is a whole school social and emotional wellbeing program.  All students from Kinder to Grade 6 participate in one Grow Your Mind lesson each week. This is also embedded into daily lessons and wellbeing activities in the classroom and playground. We aim to provide students with a toolbox of strategies so they can thrive in life and have the skills to cope with life’s ups and downs. This program has proven to have higher academic outcomes, increase mental and emotional health and creates more resilient learners. We aim to create a common language that can be used at school and home and so that families can support and value key messages at home.
